...that all was safe in the UK yesterday, in light of earlier rumors of terrorist bomb plots related to the Queen's visit to Ireland. There were a few odd security concerns in central London (and Ireland as well) but for the most part, London rolled merrily along. So much so, that for the first time in a year, there were no delays on tubes, trains, or highways during rush hour.
A side benefit to the £26 million security bill for the event....tax money at work.
