Tuesday target run: 45 minutes
Wednesday target run: off
Thursday target run: 1 hour 20 minutes
Friday target run: 40 minutes
Saturday target run: off
Sunday target run: 2 hours 30 minutes
Weekly poll: out of 11 people I said good morning to today, 9 responded back with a "good morning" as well. Trending in the right direction. Of course, it was so darn cold that it was only me, the other runners, and the dog walkers. Hard core.
