Bayeux
Besides the tapestry, the other important site in Bayeux is the Cathedral Notre-Dame. Located literally across the street, this magnificent church is a mixture of Norman and Gothic architecture. This is the church forwhich the Bayeux Tapestry was originally made.
My husband, Buddy, and I, have just moved to London, after living abroad for 11 years. After moving 6 times in 11 years, you'd think we'd have this expat thing down. Our furry feline, Missy, is the sole child these days but we still have some feline babies back in Texas.
