Prom night
Yes, our last night as part of the tour group included a night excursion to a restaurant on Isola Belle. Photos of the tour group are included along with a shot of Buddy and I on the grand staircase of our stately hotel.
The staircase photo felt just like prom night.
Still, Buddy and I have met some really nice people on this tour from all over the US, all age brackets, and all walks of life. A nice bunch of people....

wow. there are a LOT of plants on that staircase... looks like a rain forest! ;-)
seems like you guys had a great time.
Actually, the whole hotel was pretty amazing. Built around the turn of the 20th century, it reminds me of the "grand" hotels that people would have stayed at when the toured Europe. The lobby was immense, with huge columns, and scads of seating. The lobyy was almost like a ballroom in itself.
